Phili Wetton
Membership Manager
Phili has worked in the voluntary sector for 17 years, initially at a Third Sector Interface and then with an Edinburgh based care charity. Prior to this she worked for 7 years in the private sector. Her experience includes client relationship management, income generation and fundraising, project management and evaluation, best practice and quality improvement methodology, marketing and events. Phili holds an undergraduate honours degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University with specialism in Marketing.
As Membership Manager at Charity Leadership Scotland, Phili has responsibility for developing and managing membership and the support offering, including operationalising new initiatives. She works closely with other members of the management team to increase stakeholder engagement and grow networks. Good governance, collaboration and best practice are key drivers for Phili. She is currently an active trustee at Scottish Mentoring Network championing the value of mentoring across Scotland.
Phili lives rurally in Dumfries & Galloway with her husband after many years living in Edinburgh. She has two grown up sons, loves the outdoors, exploring new places and socialising with friends.
