New Strategic Partnership Framework Announcement

At Charity Leadership Scotland, we know meaningful collaboration is the key to lasting impact. That’s why we’re delighted to unveil our new Strategic Partnership Framework — designed to ignite and strengthen relationships, create shared value, and build a more connected future for Scotland’s voluntary sector.

With three tiers of alignment (Collaborator, Contributor, & Supporter), our redesigned approach focuses on deeper partnerships that align with our mission and deliver tangible benefits for our community of leaders. Together, we’ll continue to champion leadership that is purposeful, resilient, and responsive to Scotland’s evolving social landscape.

Lucinda Godfrey, Charity Leadership Scotland CEO said of the change, “ We all know that things need to change as we move forward. Resources are constrained and demand continues to increase. It will take strong relationships, trust and parity across sectors, as well as our collective knowledge and resources to achieve that change.

Our new framework sets out our intention to continue to strengthen and build those relationships, whilst connecting leaders and creating the conditions to think together about new ways of achieving what we all want for Scotland.  We are grateful to our Strategic Partners who have supported us over recent years. We are excited to announce a fantastic line of partners who bring experience, knowledge and commitment to the sector and we looking forward to achieving great things together.”

We’re proud to introduce our confirmed Collaborators:
Utility Aid, Lindsays, RBC Brewin Dolphin, and Livingston James

Our highest level of partnership, Collaborators work closely with us and each other to shape strategic priorities, co-create events and initiatives, and drive meaningful impact for Scotland’s charity leaders. These, two year relationships are built on shared vision and mutual value.

And our valued Contributors:
LGT Wealth Management, Turcan Connell, CCLA, Navigator, and Sarasin & Partners

Contributors partner with us to enhance visibility and engagement across our programmes and communications, supporting the sector through shared expertise and targeted collaboration opportunities.

Supporters will also demonstrate their commitment to Scotland’s voluntary sector by connecting with our community, sharing resources, and offering valuable benefits and discounts to our members. We look forward to building  relationships in this new category.

Charity Leadership Scotland values each of these partnerships— representing a shared commitment to excellence, connection, and the value of Scotland’s voluntary sector.

If your organisation shares our values and vision, we’d love to explore how we can work together through our new framework. Please get in touch with our Head of Communications & Events at ashley@charityleadership.scot
